Territory Sales Manager for HVAC Industry

In this senior role, you will build and manage a base of approximately 50 core dealers. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining sales revenue, collaborating with branch teams, and overcoming challenges to meet sales goals weekly. You'll also ensure clients are well-informed about product offerings and promotional changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a dealer base across assigned territory
• Communicate effectively with customers about new products
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to boost sales
• Execute remedial action plans to achieve targets
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of sales experience in HVAC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• High School Diploma or GED; degree preferred
