Position: Sales Associate Role in Plumbing & HVAC
Become a vital part of Ferguson's team as a Counter Sales Associate and utilize your expertise in plumbing and HVAC. Deliver exceptional service and engage customers effectively Monday to Friday.

In this role at Ferguson, you'll be the go-to advisor for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers. Your responsibility will be to utilize your strong product knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions, which will also contribute to meeting and exceeding sales goals. Building relationships and understanding customer needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist customers at the counter and online

• Apply plumbing and HVAC knowledge to guide decisions

• Identify sales opportunities through upselling and promotions

• Use resources efficiently to provide accurate information

• Ensure seamless transaction processing for positive experiences

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude required

• Familiarity with digital tools for system navigation

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet
