Retail Engagement Lead at GVFB

Take on the role of Retail Engagement Lead at Greater Vancouver Food Bank and help combat food insecurity. This full-time position focuses on logistics and retail partnerships.

In this dynamic position, you will enhance the Food Preservation Program by linking surplus food products with community partners and retail locations across British Columbia. Your responsibilities will include event coordination, marketing collaboration, and logistics management to support food sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food products to community and retail partners

• Set up and oversee product displays to drive sales

• Plan and execute community engagement events

• Collaborate with communications on product marketing

• Oversee logistics and inventory management tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or marketing

• Experience with deliveries and operating box trucks

• Knowledge of food preservation beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
