You will assist customers from the first greeting to after-delivery check-ins, ensuring a smooth vehicle handoff and answering any questions.
Your role will also include showroom preparation and vehicle demonstration, enriching customer knowledge of features and advantages. Open Road encourages personal growth in a friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean and inviting showroom
• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival
• Facilitate vehicle delivery and coordination across teams
• Present vehicle features and specifications clearly
• Follow up with customers for continued support
Requirements:
• Tech-savvy with automotive product understanding
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License
• Self-driven and open to learning new skills
