In your role as a Quotation Specialist, you will quote new jobs that are out for tender at Rexel, ensuring specifications align with both customer needs and company standards. This involves liaising with internal and external teams, preparing RFQs, and negotiating pricing with suppliers.
Your role as a Brand Ambassador is crucial in enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quote all incoming projects for tender promptly
• Liaise with vendors and contractors effectively
• Obtain RFQs and coordinate project specifications
• Negotiate pricing with key suppliers
• Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives
Requirements:
• Proficient using Microsoft Office tools
• Proven track record in customer relationship building
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal capabilities
• Relevant quotations experience and drawing reading skills
