Sales And Marketing Specialist

Compensation: Base salary + commission based on sales performance

Blue Valley Cabinets CA is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to help generate new business, manage customer relationships, and support our sales and digital marketing activities.

Location: Burnaby, BC

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

• Generate and follow up with new sales leads.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, designers, and homeowners.
• Assist with quotations, customer follow-up, and closing sales opportunities.
• Manage leads and opportunities using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Support Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Linked In, and email marketing.
• Create and schedule social media content and promotional posts.
• Assist with basic Meta advertising campaigns.
• Make basic updates to our Word Press website.
• Use AI tools for lead generation, company research, outreach, content creation, and daily productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, and Instagram
  .
• Comfortable using CRM and office software.
• Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
• Able to work full‑time on‑site in Burnaby, BC.

• Basic Word Press experience.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
• Experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, building materials, interior design, home improvement, or B2B sales.

Candidates with strong sales ability, practical AI knowledge, and hands‑on Meta/Facebook/Instagram experience will receive priority consideration.
