Kickstart your sales journey with ADP as an Outside Field Sales Representative in the Small Business Solutions division. This role revolves around innovative sales strategies and client development within a 90-minute radius of Burnaby.
In this role, you'll focus on driving new business by promoting ADP's cloud-based solutions to small businesses. Supported by experienced sales teams and comprehensive training, you'll be well-prepared to excel. You will build client relationships involving consultative sales, ensuring mutual trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell ADP’s cloud-based HCM offerings
• Engage decision-makers through effective prospecting
• Turn leads into new business opportunities
• Collaborate with banking partners for referrals
• Achieve monthly sales and activity goals
Requirements:
• Solid record in sales and territory management
• Comfortable with cold calling and professional networking
