As an Electrical Sales Associate, you will engage customers throughout the store, provide assistance based on their needs, and promote relevant services. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers consistently across all departments

• Assess customer needs through open ended questions
• Maintain all product displays and ensure cleanliness
• Upsell related items and educate customers on complete projects
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of retail experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a flexible, warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and build product knowledge
