Senior Scientist in Upstream Protein Production

As part of the Process Development team, you will lead significant technical projects, design development batches, and mentor team members. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of protein production and a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and goal setting of technical projects

• Execute development batches and perform risk assessments

• Present experimental findings and develop manufacturing SOPs

• Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions

• Provide mentorship and liaise with external partners

Requirements:

• PhD or MSc with 4 years, or Bachelor with 6 years relevant experience

• In-depth knowledge of upstream protein development

• Experience with bioreactors and high-throughput experimentation

• Understanding of QbD principles and statistical methods

• Strong leadership and capacity to manage priorities
