You'll support environmental consulting initiatives by guiding field crews through various project phases, from permitting to post-construction monitoring. Candidates must possess a strong foundation in biology, with at least 5 years of field study leadership experience. Your skills in fish habitat assessments and understanding water resource legislation will contribute significantly to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead field crews in conducting aquatic studies
• Execute project-related fish habitat assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project plans
• Analyze field data to meet client and regulatory needs
• Actively participate in environmental permitting processes
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in biology or similar
• 5+ years of relevant field experience
• RPBio or equivalent certification preferred
• Thorough knowledge of applicable environmental laws
• Capacity to travel to remote work sites
