In this office-based role, you will provide essential guidance on complex natural resource projects. Focus on wildlife assessments and habitat management while overseeing teams through all stages of project life cycles. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead wildlife biology and ecological assessments
• Manage biodiversity and habitat modeling tasks
• Provide mentorship to junior wildlife biologists
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies
• Review technical documents and fieldwork compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in biophysical sciences (B.Sc., M.Sc., PhD)
• At least 15 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in wildlife inventory and monitoring
• Professional biology designation in BC or Alberta
• Ability to deliver technical writing and insights
