Your role within Jacobs’ Aquatics Team will be integral to the success of a variety of environmental infrastructure projects. You will lead field crews and conduct comprehensive aquatic studies, ensuring the sustainable management of Canada’s water resources. With a mix of remote fieldwork and office engagement, you will thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead field crews during aquatic surveys
• Oversee habitat assessments and monitoring efforts
• Manage aquatic resource studies and project tasks
• Coordinate with teams for environmental compliance
• Perform fish sampling and relocation safely
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in relevant biological fields
• At least 5 years' experience in field studies
• 3 years in environmental consulting specific to aquatic resources
• RPBio or P.Biol. eligibility preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
