As part of Jacobs, you will join a dynamic team focused on environmental consulting across Calgary, Edmonton, Burnaby, Winnipeg, or Victoria. This full-time role entails managing environmental planning and permits for privately-owned infrastructure projects. Collaborate with seasoned experts dedicated to mentoring you as you tackle impactful projects that emphasize sustainability and resource conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project teams on client objectives
• Perform comprehensive desktop assessments
• Oversee provincial and federal permitting throughout projects
• Ensure field studies and data support permit applications
• Manage task budgets and aide in change management
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a related field
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting
• Knowledge of provincial and federal regulators
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and safety-focused work ethic
