In this crucial role, you will manage a strong team within Hatfield’s Environmental Monitoring and Assessment Group. You will contribute significantly to project management, business development, and client engagement, ensuring the integrity of environmental practices. Your command over aquatic ecology and project management will steer Hatfield toward achieving its environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage specialists in environmental projects

• Oversee a range of EMA Group initiatives

• Provide high-quality advice to clients regarding permitting

• Ensure environmental protection and permitting compliance

• Conduct field programs in varied and remote locations

Requirements:

• Relevant undergraduate degree or higher

• Eligibility for professional designation (e.g., P.Biol)

• At least eight years of relevant environmental experience

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation

• Comprehensive writing experience for technical documents
