Geologist​/Geological Modeller AECOM

Join AECOM as a Geologist/Geological Modeller in Western Canada. This role requires expertise in geological modeling and collaboration with a diverse team on impactful projects.

Based in Victoria, Burnaby, Kelowna, Calgary, or Edmonton, this position demands a

B.Sc. in Geology and over four years of experience in mining or environmental industries. You will work with hydro geologists and engineers, interpret geological data, and develop 3D geological models, essential for remediation, civil infrastructure, and water supply projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects

• Interpret surficial and bedrock geology in 3D

• Produce geological models and visuals from data

• Conduct field investigations and drilling oversight

• Perform quality checks on geological data

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in Geology or related field

• 4+ years geological experience in relevant industries

• 1+ year experience with modeling software

• Proficiency in GIS or CAD software

• Valid class 5 driver's license
