Your role will revolve around technical and regulatory guidance in environmental management.
In this full-time, permanent position, you'll bring at least 8 years of specialized experience in contaminated site management. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you will oversee projects from inception to completion. Your ability to communicate and negotiate with regulators and the public will be vital in protecting the environment and upholding legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical advice on contaminated site regulations
• Manage project progress, costs, and deliverables
• Innovate techniques to tackle environmental issues
• Develop training materials for environmental compliance
• Lead projects and guide junior consultants in work
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in environmental sciences or geosciences
• Professional designation in British Columbia
• At least 8 years of experience in environmental management
• Strong issue resolution and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
