Training pay during certification training. After certification, compensation is a percentage of the job value, increasing with certification level and hours worked. Service tasks are paid hourly.

• Install premium Bath Fitter products in a single day.
• Provide accurate, professional installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on care and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean work area and respect customer property, adhering to Bath Fitter standards.

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in‑home renovations.
• Proficiency with tape measures, levels, power tools; basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Team player with professionalism and commitment to safety.
