Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crews of 3–6 scaffolders on job sites

• Erect and modify scaffolding to meet project requirements

• Plan and ensure safety on job sites

• Coordinate with various trades and the Construction Manager

• Foster a strong safety culture on all sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Hand in scaffolding

• Familiarity with scaffolding safety regulations

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Must hold a valid driver's license
