Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Centi Mark Ltd is seeking a skilled Service Foreman to oversee repairs in the commercial roofing sector. Emphasizing safety and training, Centi Mark has over 25 years of industry leadership.

As a Service Foreman, you will diagnose issues, lead a service helper, and communicate directly with clients. Your leadership will ensure all roofing tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Join a dedicated team focused on quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose leaks and perform extensive roof repairs

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment

• Guide and train service helper on the field

• Maintain effective customer and team communication

• Complete necessary paperwork and adhere to safety policies

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in commercial roofing preferred

• Familiarity with EPDM, TPO, PVC & Modified roofing

• Capability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights

• Openness to travel and work during weekends as needed

• Driver's license preferred
