Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose roofing problems and execute repairs

• Manage and maintain roofing equipment efficiently

• Train and lead a service helper in fieldwork

• Engage with customers and ensure service satisfaction

• Handle necessary documentation and timesheets

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing

• Understanding of EPDM, TPO, PVC & Modified roofing systems

• Strong physical ability to lift and work at heights

• Willingness to travel and flexible work hours required

• Preferred:
Driver’s license
