We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Robotics Field Service Technician at Novarc Technologies. In this role, you will ensure the successful installation and commissioning of our cutting-edge NovAI systems. With your significant experience in robotic welding and programming, you’ll provide essential technical support and act as a key resource for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation and handover of NovAI welding systems

• Be the technical point of contact for customer inquiries

• Collaborate with teams to incorporate PLC programming into operations

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices

• Maintain project documentation and manage site readiness

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in robotics and industrial automation

• Advanced skills in robotic welding programming

• Understanding of welding processes and systems

• Proven ability to read technical drawings and diagrams

• Must be available for substantial travel, 75% maximum
