Your New Role
In this role, you will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. You will be joining an existing Maintenance Team to support the day-to-day of a residential rental portfolio in Metro-Vancouver. The majority of the portfolio is based in Burnaby however the Maintenance Technician will also be required to support properties in neighbouring cities. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential building maintenance and be well versed with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
This candidate will have handyman skills and befortable using tools, be able toplete carpentry tasks and excel atmunicating with tenants.
