Program OverviewCarpentry is a trade that is in high demand, and Red Seal Carpenters earn a high wage. Start your career with a talented, diverse and inclusive team! Learn to work in a wide variety of specialties such as cabinetmaking, architectural woodwork (millwork), furniture making, and boat interiors. Develop the Essentials of Building Management: enhance tenant relations, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
Training Structure- 8 Weeks of Indigenous Skills for Success (IS4S)
- 26 Weeks of Technical Training
- 27 Weeks of Technical Training
Fully funded program. Transit and meals provided. Must be able to work at heights in adverse weather conditions. For Indigenous peoples – Status, Non‑Status, Metis or Inuit.
Eligibility Requirements- English 10 or equivalent
