In your position as Repair Assessor, you will assess and coordinate repair solutions within the ReBird team at Arc’teryx. This role includes direct interaction with clients seeking repairs and collaboration with the repair team to ensure high-quality evaluations and actions. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will enhance operational efficiency while promoting sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess returned Arc’teryx products for repair options

• Coordinate with repair teams to ensure effective execution

• Identify and rectify discrepancies with supervision

• Maintain precise documentation for inspections

• Collaborate to enhance repair quality standards
Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Quality Control environment

• Understanding of outdoor gear, especially Arc’teryx

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities

• Ability to manage workflow effectively

• Adaptable in a fast-paced work setting
