• Help operate the Building Automated System effectively

• Conduct regular inspections on all facilities

• Adhere to safety standards and regulations

• Assist in minor repairs in plumbing and electrical systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance-related work

• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry

• Skilled in using maintenance tools and equipment

• Valid BC License with a decent driving history

• Prepared to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies
