Service Repair Technician

Position: Service Repair Technician at Wesco
Join Wesco as an Associate Service Repair Technician, where you will ensure equipment is ready for customer use. This role includes in-house and on-site testing to maintain service quality.

As an Associate Service Repair Technician at Wesco, you'll play a critical role in service operations. You’ll follow repair procedures, expedite service orders, and conduct testing to ensure top-quality service. This position requires you to have strong attention to detail and the ability to lift equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow service and repair procedure logs consistently

• Enter rental and repair orders in the distribution system

• Expedite and follow up on customer service orders

• Conduct DOP testing in-house or on-site

• Carry out respiratory fit testing at customer locations

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent

• 1-2 years of service and repair experience

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Preferred certification in WHMIS or forklift operations

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
