As Assistant Site Superintendent focused on woodframe multi‑family residential projects at sites around the Lower Mainland, you’ll provide leadership ensuring work is done safely, is well coordinated, and issues are corrected quickly.

You understand how to maintain an effective flow with your schedule and stay in regular communication with your trades and Site Superintendent. You care about quality in every aspect of the work you produce, from the teams you lead to what you build.

• You have helped lead woodframe multi‑family residential projects from start to finish and have a demonstrated track record of delivering quality, safely executed work at all stages of a project.
• You are a natural leader who sets a positive tone from the top, bringing out the best in colleagues, trades, sub‑trades, and laborers.
• You have excellent communication skills and can adapt your approach to suit the moment and the person.
• You have grit and a can‑do attitude when confronted with obstacles or challenges.
