Carpenter and Concrete Repair Tech; Westminster

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated restoration Carpenters and / or Concrete Repair Technicians to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in concrete restoration or carpentry (rot repair, envelope). Project sites vary throughout the lower mainland.

Primary scopes of work include:

• Restoration concrete repair (either high-rise via swing staging, or ground work) or
• Building envelope renewal.

Variety of restoration construction tasks such as window installation, rot repairs, framing, siding replacement, waterproofing, sealants, metal flashings, etc. are an asset.

• Proven experience in restoration construction.
• Ability to work and follow engineered specifications.
• Robust understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites.
• Driver's license not required but is considered an asset.

Training is offered to eligible employees if desired

• First aid certifications (varying levels as needed).
• Aerial lift certifications (boom lift, scissor lifts).
• Swing stage certifications (working at heights).
• Specialty waterproofing (PMMA, PUMA systems).
• On-site training from foreman and supervisors for a variety of site specific tasks.

Benefit packages.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
