FLINT is seeking an Apprentice Ironworker for the Fort McMurray Capital Project, running from June 2026 to March 2027. This role involves various tasks such as construction, tie-ins, and bolt-up/welding. Ideal candidates should possess a valid Apprentice Trade certificate and have a strong focus on safety in demanding work conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in construction and structural installations

• Perform bolt-up/welding and piping tasks

• Engage in tie-ins for energy sector projects

• Work safely according to company protocols

• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate

• Minimum of 4 years in oil and gas construction

• Proficient in English, written and verbal

• Clean driver’s abstract with valid license

• Complete safety training and testing
