Associate Technician for Service Repair

Wesco seeks an Associate Service Repair Technician to enhance service operations. You'll perform equipment testing and manage service orders efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring quality services by following detailed repair procedures and maintaining communication with clients. This position demands a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, alongside strong customer service skills and precise measurements in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain service and repair procedure logs accurately

• Enter rental and repair orders in the distribution system

• Expedite service orders and communicate with customers

• Conduct DOP testing in-house and on-site

• Provide respiratory fit testing services at customer’s locations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of service and repair experience preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required

• Certifications in WHMIS or TDG preferred

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
