Brighter Staffing Agency is currently hiring  experienced Exterior Window Cleaners  for immediate placement. We are seeking skilled professionals with  rope access experience  and a  valid Fall Protection Certificate  to work on high-rise and mid-rise buildings across [City/Region].

This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented, safety-focused individuals who take pride in delivering top-quality results in a challenging outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform exterior window cleaning on commercial and highrise buildings using rope access techniques.

Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment (squeegees, poles, buckets, harnesses, etc.).

Follow strict safety protocols and fall protection procedures.

Inspect gear and equipment daily to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Report any hazards, incidents, or maintenance needs to the site supervisor.

Work efficiently as part of a team or independently, depending on site requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of rope access exterior window cleaning experience.

Valid Fall Protection Certificate (Mandatory).

Familiarity with IRATA or SPRAT standards (preferred).

Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor weather conditions.

Physically fit, with good balance and coordination.

Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
