Centi Mark Ltd. is searching for a skilled Roofing Foreman to manage both production and service teams. In this full-time role, you will supervise a production crew of 6 to 12 and a service crew of 2 to 4, promoting optimal safety measures and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing installations, training your teams, and conducting leak repairs while maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise crews for both production and service

• Train team members on safety and quality standards

• Communicate with supervisors and customers for project updates

• Maintain project paperwork and mobile applications

• Identify and repair leaks in roofing systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years roofing experience required

• Familiarity with commercial roofing practices

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Experience with various roofing materials

• Capable of working at heights and lifting 50 lbs
