Position: Crane Operator with Tower Crane Experience
Location: New Westminster

Join as a Crane Operator specializing in tower cranes for permanent full-time employment. Operate cranes at various urban sites, lifting and positioning materials with precision.

This role is critical for safely managing crane operations while performing routine maintenance and lubrication. You will also play an integral role in assembling cranes on-site and supporting the apprenticeship program for new operators. Safety training and a solid understanding of hoisting and rigging are essential elements of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and position materials using mobile and tower cranes

• Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure functionality

• Assemble and erect tower cranes as required

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment

• Train apprentices in crane operation and safety

Requirements:

• Certificate in Fall Arrest Protection Training

• Experience operating tower cranes, fixed or limited mobility

• Must provide references for employment verification

• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required

• Strong hand-eye coordination and flexibility in tasks
