Citiloc, part of Kendrix Technologies, is looking for a dependable Locksmith to deliver high-quality services in various settings including residential, commercial, and industrial. You will focus on installing and servicing mechanical locking systems while providing an outstanding customer experience. As a field technician, you will troubleshoot hardware and collaborate effectively with other trades on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety procedures while executing services

• Install and adjust electronic locking hardware

• Re-key and set up keying systems as needed

• Respond professionally to service calls

• Keep precise records of keying systems and service reports

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years in the locksmithing field

• Experience with Medeco high-security systems

• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities

• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Security Worker’s License and clean criminal background
