Security Systems Service Technician

Kendrix is seeking an experienced technician with 3-5 years of relevant experience to provide exceptional support and service for security systems. You will collaborate closely with the Service Manager and mentor technical field staff while handling computer networks and security product servicing. The role demands fluency in English and a strong grasp of electronic installations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service intrusion and access control systems

• Provide technical support to users and field teams

• Configure and program network devices and routers

• Repair computer hardware and conduct software recoveries

• Complete ULC inspections for monitored equipment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of CCTV and card access systems

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass security clearances

• Relevant training certificates are an asset
