Location: New Westminster
Join the Buildings team as a Carpenter Journeyperson in New Westminster, BC. This role involves skilled carpentry, blueprint interpretation, and mentoring, with a regular day shift schedule.
Jardeg is seeking experienced Carpenter Journey persons for a project in New Westminster. This position requires a Carpenter Journeyperson Ticket and expertise in concrete formwork. You will ensure safety standards, coach apprentices, and maintain project compliance throughout your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build concrete forms for various structures
• Cut, shape, and join materials accurately
• Identify and rectify deficiencies in work
• Erect scaffolding for construction tasks
• Mentor apprentices in carpentry skills
Requirements:
• Carpenter Journeyperson Ticket preferred
• Proof of hours for non-ticketed candidates
• CSTS and WHMIS certifications needed
• Experience in commercial building projects
• Reliable transportation required
