Position: Burnaby HVAC/R Service Technician Role
Riada is seeking a dedicated HVAC/R Service Technician in Burnaby, BC, offering a hands-on role focused on customer service and mechanical system maintenance. Enjoy a competitive salary and hybrid work model.

This full-time position allows you to actively engage in diagnosing and maintaining commercial HVAC/R systems throughout BC. You'll work closely with the Service Manager and support a diverse portfolio of projects while applying your technical skills. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented and enjoy solving mechanical issues independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues

• Document work performed through detailed reports

• Communicate effectively with contractors and building operators

• Operate equipment commissioning and start-up activities

Requirements:

• Refrigerant Handling / ODP Certificate required

• Minimum 3 years servicing commercial HVAC/R systems

• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
