• Cut, shape, and finish bricks, concrete blocks, and similar masonry units using both hand tools and power equipment.
• Lay brick, block, stone, structural tile, and related materials to build or restore walls, foundations, and other structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Build chimneys and fireplaces for houses and commercial buildings using masonry techniques.
• Install decorative or protective facings of brick, stone, or other materials on walls and surfaces.
• Position and secure manufactured masonry sections in construction projects.
• Create outdoor features such as patios, garden walls, and other aesthetic masonry installations.
• Refurbish, clean, or apply finishes to existing masonry structures as needed.

• Secondary school education is required.
• Experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must handle heavy loads.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
