Key Responsibilities:

• Execute roofing services with strong attention to detail

• Investigate leaks and maintain asset quality

• Utilize EPDM, TPO SBS, and liquid membrane technologies

• Safely work at heights and climb ladders of 25 Ft.

• Prepare and complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Experience in roofing systems is beneficial

• B.C. driver's license is an advantage
