Enersolv is searching for a skilled HVAC Refrigeration Foreman to manage projects and guide teams at various job sites. Reporting to the HVAC/R Superintendent, your expertise will help deliver high-performance, energy-efficient solutions. This role involves training apprentices and ensuring adherence to health and safety practices throughout all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain HVAC systems for commercial applications

• Coordinate and manage project timelines and team schedules

• Develop and implement safety guidelines and assessments

• Analyze technical drawings and specifications

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements:

• Trade Qualification as Inter-Provincial Refrigeration Mechanic

• 3 years’ experience with complex refrigeration systems

• Valid driver’s license paired with Level 1 First Aid

• Basic tools necessary for HVAC work

• Knowledge and experience with leading brands beneficial
