Marine Electrical Technician with Red Seal

We are hiring a Marine Electrical Power & Controls Technician with Red Seal Certification to enhance our marine vessel operations.

Your role will involve the installation and maintenance of complex electrical systems.

This position is designed for those with extensive experience in the marine electrical field. As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, ensuring that our systems are reliable and safe for operations. Comfort working at heights and confined spaces is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical power distribution systems

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues onboard vessels

• Perform safety inspections and routine maintenance

• Work with PLCs, drives, and power systems

• Document service records accurately

Requirements:

• Must possess Red Seal Certification

• 5+ years' experience in marine electrical work

• Deep knowledge of AC/DC systems and control technologies

• Willingness to travel and work offshore

• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
