Service Plumber Drainage Technician Role

Join a dynamic team as a Drainage Technician/Service Plumber, focusing on customer service and technical skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in communication management between clients and the office.

This position fits apprentice and journeyman level professionals in the drainage field. You will engage in pipe location services, video inspections, and hydro-jetting for both sanitary and storm lines. Your expertise in drain auguring and pipe-bursting repairs will be pivotal for new water and sewer lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform video inspections of pipes between 1'' to 4''

• Execute hydro-jetting and flushing for kitchen and laundry drains

• Manage drain auguring for pipes ranging from 1.25” to 6”

• Facilitate pipe-bursting repairs for sewer lines

• Repair and replace sump pumps as necessary

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and computer skills

• Experience with plumbing systems and blueprints

• Ability to self-manage tasks on site

• Knowledge of drainage systems and installations

• Proven background in client communication
