Specialty Construction Materials Testing Technician

In this role, you'll perform specialized testing of construction materials while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards. • Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent writing and documentation abilities
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• The ability to perform well under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Basic to intermediate math skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Previous experience with concrete technology
• Experience with anchors and anchor systems

• Lift and carry equipment and materials weighing at least 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
• Safely handle testing equipment and construction materials
• Travel to local and remote project sites as required
• Participate in occasional overnight projects and travel away from home
• Maintain a valid driver s license with a clean driving record
