In this role, you will assist clients in selecting necessary equipment while ensuring maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently. Your experience with surface rental equipment, alongside your dedication to exceptional customer service, will help build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will take part in operational meetings and support management with ongoing projects and tasks related to equipment and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve equipment needs for clients
• Conduct maintenance and repair on rental equipment
• Complete inspections and process equipment returns
• Foster strong client communication and satisfaction
• Participate in safety talks and operations meetings
Requirements:
• Proven experience with tanks, pumps, and accommodations
• Initiative in improving processes and reducing costs
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in field environments
• Capability to work collaboratively with the management team
• Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
