In this Automation Manager position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize control systems.
Your role involves leading team members and ensuring compliance with established safety protocols while managing complex maintenance projects. As a technical expert, your input will drive success in warehouse automation and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize automation control systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC and control equipment
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and apprentices
• Analyze performance metrics and lead troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with documentation and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Experience in CMMS and stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced English communication skills
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
