Position: On-Site Floor Covering Installer Role
Become a skilled Floor Covering Installer with hands-on training and mentorship. This role focuses on inspecting, measuring, and installing floor coverings at the job site.

We are looking for a dedicated installer with 1-2 years of experience. Your tasks will include preparing surfaces, removing existing materials, and installing various types of flooring including hardwood and resilient options. An education certificate is required, along with a strong work ethic and the ability to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces for coverage

• Measure, cut, and install underlay and under padding

• Prepare and install hardwood flooring accurately

• Remove existing flooring and contaminants thoroughly

• Repair any damages to floor coverings as needed

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• 1-2 years of relevant installation experience

• Strong understanding of flooring materials and techniques

• Must be able to work on-site, no remote option

• Commitment to quality and timely work
