Experienced Security Technology Service Technician

With over 5 years of experience, you will service, upgrade, and troubleshoot integrated security systems like CCTV and intrusion alarms. Your expertise will help support clients through effective communication and rapid problem resolution. Additionally, you will guide junior technicians and stay up-to-date with industry technologies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain security systems including alarms and intercoms

• Conduct routine inspections for optimal system performance

• Support system upgrades and small installations

• Keep precise service and maintenance records

• Train end-users on security technology

Requirements:

• 5+ years in integrated security systems experience

• Valid Trades Qualification certification or working towards it

• Valid driver's license with clean driving history

• Familiarity with security system brands is advantageous

• Strong organizational skills and independent service management
