Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system.
- Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments.
- Prepare repair order with proper documentation.
- Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE.
- Manage car rental information.
- Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Travel, physical requirements, etc.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour
- Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
