Matrix Video Communications, a leader in audiovisual solutions since 1994, seeks an AV Technician with experience in equipment installation and support. This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage systems, schematic reading, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. You'll install and configure audio-visual systems, while mentoring junior installers to foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project scopes and prepare for installations
• Interpret electrical schematics and architectural drawings
• Perform complex onsite AV installations
• Execute cable pulls and terminations for various systems
• Communicate daily project status to the team
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of AV integration experience
• Preferred degree in Electronics or Broadcasting
• Experience with Crestron/Extron/AMX systems
• Certification in AV technology (CTS/CTS-I)
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills
