Lead Hand Electrician in Lower

In this role, you will lead and support a crew on various active sites while maintaining a hands-on approach. Must possess a Red Seal Journeyman ticket and demonstrate effective leadership of small teams. You'll coordinate daily execution with a focus on productivity, communication, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and perform daily work with the team

• Coordinate manpower, sequencing, and material requirements

• Maintain high productivity and quality standards

• Coach apprentices and junior electricians on best practices

• Communicate site needs, progress, and constraints efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal Journeyman ticket

• Proven leadership experience with small crews

• Proficient in reading drawings and solving problems

• Experience in residential condo new builds

• Valid driver's license for Lower Mainland travel
